Artisan breads, pantry staples, and thoughtfully curated groceries — made and selected for people who refuse to compromise on what goes into their bodies.
Grove City Nutrition was born from a simple frustration: the gap between what people want to eat and what they can actually find at the average grocery store. We saw too many shelves lined with processed substitutes and ingredient lists no one should have to read.
So we built something different. Our bakery produces small-batch, naturally leavened breads using locally milled flours. Our grocery selection features only products we would keep in our own kitchen — cold-pressed oils, raw honey from Ohio apiaries, ancient grain pastas, and pantry essentials with nothing to hide.
Every item on our shelves has passed our own standard. If we wouldn't serve it to our family, we won't sell it to you. That's the promise behind every purchase at Grove City Nutrition.
We read every label before it reaches our shelves. If an ingredient serves no nutritional purpose or exists solely for shelf appeal, it doesn't belong in our store. Period.
Our sourdough ferments for 72 hours. Our croissants are laminated by hand each morning. We don't cut corners on time because time is the one ingredient you can't source — you have to earn it.
We source from Ohio farms, partner with local millers, and invest in the neighborhood that supports us. When you shop here, you're sustaining a web of local producers who take pride in their craft.
Our signature loaves — country, olive, seeded, and rye — each fermented for 72 hours using our own starter culture. Crusty, tangy, deeply nourishing.

Seasonal fruits and vegetables sourced from Ohio farms within 100 miles. When it's not growing locally, we don't stock it — simple as that.
Visit usMost commercial breads reach the shelf in under three hours. Ours takes three days. That extended fermentation does something that speed cannot replicate: it breaks down gluten, develops complex flavors, and makes the nutrients in the grain more available to your body.
Our bakers arrive before dawn. Each loaf is hand-shaped, scored, and placed in our hearth oven at the precise moment the dough has reached its peak. We don't use commercial yeast. We don't use dough conditioners. We use flour, water, salt, time, and a starter that has been alive in our kitchen for years.
The best bread doesn't need additives to be good. It just needs time, quality grain, and bakers who understand that patience is a technique.
